Baumanière 1850, recently awarded its second Michelin star, embodies a vision of mountain cuisine that is both contemporary and deeply sensitive.
Chef Thomas Prod'homme explores emotion through taste, weaving subtle links between the season, memories and the raw product. Nourished by his Mediterranean roots, he infuses his creations with a singular light, a finesse of aromas and a precision of contrasts.
Slalom, Schuss or Sphère menus: each dish is a carefully crafted narrative, a work of textures and balance, relief and precision. Trout is adorned with a fir tree, cauliflower becomes a sculpture, veal flirts with sea spray - all creations that tell a story, as inspiration takes hold.

The Bar.
Time stands still for a moment whilst you savour a drink. When it is time for an aperitif or a night cap, the Strato Bar has a warm and intimate atmosphere, in a cosy décor. Our head barman will be able to advise you of the selection of great vintages and rare wines to make the most of this delicious moment shared with family or friends.
